About the fieldtrip

We organize day trips for school groups. The purpose of these trips is to put into practice the cultural, educational workshops, and outdoor activities that reinforce the information taught and learned at school. From a social perspective, these excursions contribute to the development of their personalities and enhance their sense of belonging to a group.

The package includes

The transportation will be provided using classified coaches, buses, or minibuses.

Course I

  • Meatball soup
  • Soup with dumplings
  • Noodle soups

We will choose a soup option.

Course II

  • Mashed potatoes with Shanghai-style chicken and cabbage or seasonal salad.

Dessert

  • Sweet cheese pie

The portions are generous, and upon request, children can have an extra serving of their preferred dish.

For children with food intolerances, please inform us in advance.

The materials used are selected according to the theme and ensure the smooth conduct of activities and workshops.

One tourist attraction will be selected for the visit.

The team conducting the activities is composed of qualified and trained staff to work with children based on their age-specific characteristics.

There will be one coordinator for every 10-12 children.

The package starts from 210 lei / payer for groups of 54 people, and for smaller groups, the offer is recalculated.

The location, departure time, and arrival time will be determined in agreement with the group organizer.

The children will be divided into groups of 10-12 and will be accompanied by a coordinator throughout the program.

Important Details

  1. Undertake the agreed recreational services for the camp, following the accepted regulations and program.
  2. Provide transportation by train and car to the location and back, accommodation, and 3 meals + 2 snacks per day for the entire camp period.
  3. Supervise children 24/7 and provide guidance in their involved activities.
  4. Offer high-quality materials for the specific activities.
  5. Ensure the provision of protective gear and equipment for the specific activities, with enhanced safety measures for children.
  6. Regularly inspect the proper functioning of the used protective gear.
  7. Explain the Camp Rules and Regulations to all participating children in a comprehensible manner.
  8. Pick up children from Bucharest North Train Station and return them to the same location, according to the train schedule.
  1. Adhere to safety regulations during group travels by train/bus.
  2. Refrain from engaging in violent acts during the journey to/from the camp.
  3. Ensure the safety and security of themselves and fellow participants during the journey to/from the camp.
  4. Behave in a civilized manner and avoid damaging property.
  5. Demonstrate responsible behavior towards themselves and other participants at the camp.
  6. Refrain from bringing and consuming tobacco, energy drinks, alcohol, narcotics, and psychotropic substances.

Safety/Security: Children will be under the constant supervision of our staff throughout the excursion, workshops, and activities.

In case children face difficulties in completing certain tasks, they will be supported by the instructors.

Throughout the excursion, we will post real-time photos of various activities on the TABERE LA TARA Facebook page. SC PROVOCJOACA SRL will take photographs and video recordings during the excursion that will include the image of the participants, for promotional purposes. Participants who do not agree with this are required to notify the organizers in advance.

Fieldtrip Location

CASA GAGEA, located at 314 Valea Marului Mare Street, Leresti Commune, Arges County, at the foothills of the Iezer-Papusa mountain range. The property, covering an area of 2 hectares, features an orchard, garden, a 100 sqm covered terrace for meals, and a specially designed area for conducting activities.
